I just ran my 4th half marathon yesterday (a new PR) and am in training for my first full marathon (April). I'm always happy to have runner friends!!

Thank you, in regards to my 14.13. YEP, totally my longest run to date. It felt so good and the best part was that I never felt like (even days after) I ran that far. I have a half marathon this weekend. Can't wait! 2/6- 4 miles

I suffer stomach issues on long and short runs. Short runs I just deal the best I can. If you cannot carry on a conversation you are probably going too fast, inside or out. It has worked for me! -81 lbs so far. I started running 3 years ago. However, I didn't only run. I changed how I eat and do a lot more things in the gym.

Try the SportsBeans or Honey Stinger chews/waffles. I have horrible stomach issues anyway and these methods work well for me for fueling during long runs. I can't do Gu or GuChomps most of the time, even with the right amount of water.

The gym for me. I can accomplish a lot more there. My gym also offers a wide variety of classes that I like to take. And I am more likely to make excuses to not exercise at home.
