  • Damn right, when you're 80 you will just be glad you managed to get to 80! Life is short, think how quickly time actually goes and wonder if it's worth second guessing everything you do or want to do! If we all thought about everything constantly we would never get no where. If your diet is otherwise healthy, and you're…
  • To make pizza dough, you just need, strong plain flour 500g, 7g yeast, 250ml of water, a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of sugar! Just mix the flour yeast salt and sugar together in a bowl, make a little well in the middle and slowly pour the water in (sometimes you don't need it all) and just knead it with your hands till…

  • Your profile picture is stunning. You are clearly a gorgeous lady and I think you need to realise that. Sometimes it's just about making the best of what you've got rather than trying to be something you're not. No one is perfect, not even celebs. A quick google and I bet you'll find a ton of images of them at home, no…

Even if you eat it standing whilst you run around the kitchen? But you could take a couple minutes to have breakfast, even just toast with the…
  • Are you in the UK? I go to icelands occasionally and pick up there bags of diced chicken. It's boneless & skinless and already cut up. It's actually frozen you just shove some in the fridge (or the packet) overnight and it's ready for snacking/lunch/cooking the next day. I usually defrost about 100/150g every day or 2…

  • Dear 16 year old me..!! You have no idea what is about to come. You've been tough so far, so continue on. Keep your faith and never let go. It'll guide you through. Pain is only temporary, however long you allow it to be. The dream of leaving your home town is not far away. But you're gonna come back to what you know best.…
  • Because some people just can't. It's a battle. It's no different to any other addiction. Some people will struggle with it forever, just like other eating disorders, some believe there really are quick fixes, some people have just settled, some people are happy fat, some people don't know how, some people are not clued up,…
  • Thanks for all the replies, brilliant stuff! I can't really go out walking (as exercise) my toddler doesn't start preschool untill september so we are together 24/7 and whilst I do have a pram for him we try not use it as much as possible as he is far too big for it. But he's not a fast walker at all. We just tend to…

  • Hiya everyone, thanks for all the replies I'm a beginner really, I haven't done any real exercise in months - just walking! I would prefer DVD's to something online because I live in a 1st floor flat with laminate flooring + I'm sure me jumping around with no sound proofing wouldn't go down well. So I can do it in a…

  • My son isn't so little now, so I don't have the time too, when he was younger I would do it during his afternoon nap, now I just try get the odd walk in & do alot of chasing him around! But as for a routine I guess I could when he was eating lunch? Or late at night time! Any of that work for you?

Theres plenty of people out there who have lost a ton of weight not exercising at all, although it'll tone you up in the long run so something is better than nothing. I'm sure you'll do just fine. And you'll be adding in loads of running after the kiddos soon too! :)
