  • I haven't ever used one. I do not agree with them. But we all parent different and it's up to you what you decide to do. It might be harder to control a toddler with a pushchair too in which case it may be needed. But if a parent is on there own with one kid I don't see why you would need them.

  • Hey, almost no one works out 7 days a week you can't do that for the rest of your life! Have a day or 2 off every week, or every other week, before you end up burning yourself out because that's when problems will arise. & don't feel guilty about going over, we all do occasionally. It's just the way it is!!
