  • I let it all hang out!! I won't breathe out to be bigger or in to be smaller I just try relax, get it done as quick as possible (it's soo painful to see!) and that's it really! I think sucking in and pushing out will give you wrong measurements. Will watch this though to see if I'm wrong! I'm wrong alot

  • Xenical is the same as alli just it's a stronger does 2x as strong as the alli tablets :) & glad to see you're just gunna stick at the diet, it's for the best in my opinion! but keep an open mind and if you need help or a boost go for it, it'll see you keep yourself on track!!

  • 262 calories I burn on it. And yeah it's every day for 30 days 10 days on level 1 10 on level 2 and 10 days on level 3. She is a hard though, she makes you work!! And there isn't any harm in taking a days break here and there, it's just recommended for 30 days straight to get the full workout from it!
