  • I tried quorn once and found it completely disgusting but to me, nothing can replace mince so I've just given it up completly. Still got a bag of quorn in my freezer, it makes me feel a little sick and appricate what I'm gunna eat even more ha :)

  • Uhm, not to sound mean if I do, but if you can't stop eating then chances are maybe your not ready to lose weight yet? You can't just want to diet, you need to do it. And I don't think anyone but yourself can decide when your ready, but it doesn't sound like you want it bad enough if you can't stop eating
  • 5'3 My weight is 210lb (ish up and down atm) and my goal for now is 168 (12st) but hoping for 140 too afterwards! So we're pretty similar, god knows how you get away with looking like that!!

  • I don't cheat.. but I guess when I have a bad day and end up eating something I probably shouldn't off I'd just excersice or eat less the next day. So in a way I reserve my cheat days for slip ups and then carry on with my day, so maybe 1 bad meal / snack and no excercise could work

  • Partner brought a pouch of bacci ealier, £14 now!! We go through 3 of them a week on top of around 200 *kitten* it's terrible! I try tell him to think of the money but he enjoys smoking to much!

  • I tend to clean take away halfhour to an hour depending on how long i'm doing it for and just log it under moderate/light effort cleaning. can't lose that way!
