After my first day I was dying! I took a day off and then did another day of it even though I was in pain. Once I finished...it all got better from there.

I am always over my protein and fiber...which is good. I usually eat low carb and do not pay attention to the carb numbers. I normally pay most attention to my end of day calorie intake. Hope this helps!

You are a wonder woman! I am using 3 pound weights and still scream out sometimes! I might even swear a little lol. I am a little ahead of you. In the last 10 days I have worked out 8 times to the video and am on level 2. I usually swich levels once I can get through the video without wanting to die or turn it off.

I started the 30DS last Monday. Tomorrow you will be SORE! I took Tuesday off and then have done it every day since then. Wednesday you will still be sore...but power through it and by the end you will actually feel better!
