5'11" 245 (down from 261). Goal is 180 which is the tip top of the healthy weight range for my height.

apples and PB are my go-to. I also like the snack packs of almonds. I need a little fat and protein to hold me over.

I love breakfast for dinner. I usually scramble some eggs add a little cheese and serve on a corn tortilla with salsa.
