I have no idea what I am doing after this, I might just re-start the program :) I love T25 & have already lost 6lbs in 5 weeks, but several inches all over & 1 pant size YAY!

Week 4 & I've already lost 11 lbs . I have also lost several inches all over my body (7 Inches in total). I'm amazed at the results. I can definitely tell I am building muscle & strength. This has been an amazing investment.

I dont drink Diet soda, it is far worse for your health, weight then regular soda. Good luck

I'm eating Clean, I've eliminated, sweets, coffee, any caffeinated beverages, any drink that’s not water. I only drink water and green tea. I have removed all process food (or as much as possible) fast food, alcohol, dairy. I only eat foods with 1 to 2 ingredients on the label. I have already lost 7lb in 28 days the good…

Hey Guys add me if you want a accountability buddy!! my goal is to lose 20lbs before June. and 10lbs before spring! I also have a hard time tracking on the weekends. Friday- Sunday are just my days off, I forget to track. i am trying to change that!

so far i have lost a total of 15lbs, and since January 1st 6lbs, I see it in the mirror no more double chin, pants aren't super tight. Tops actully fit ! I am 5'3 so 6lbs off me is alot.

my deadline is March 12th on my 24th birthday, I made a goal to lose 25lbs before my birthday in December, I have already lost 10lbs now only 15 more to go 50 more days to go.
