Well I didn't make my Labor Day goal (super sad face). I missed it by 9lbs, BUT that's okay. I can deal with it as long as the scale continues to go down and not up. I'm going to see where I end up on the next goal date (Halloween) then may have to re-adjust my goals just a bit. Still Motivated!!!

About two months ago while looking through old photos (only from two years ago) and my daughter says, "oh wow Mom, You was skinny".....I was so floored. And at that time I thought I was fat then also....What I would do right now to get back there. But Hey, I'm working to get passed that size now.

How about weekend challenges also where we report back on Monday's? Weekends are the hardest for me. I'm not sure why, but I seem to be more motivated & focused during the week (as far as food choices & exercising) and struggle a bit on the weekends.
