This is the only thing that worked for me when I had long hair. I put my hair into a pony tail where the last twist of the hair tie still held the tips of my hair. Then I put a nike sun visor on and secured the elastic on the sun visor over my "puff" of hair. If I didn't do that, my hair would just slide out of the hair…

The vanilla on is sweeter if you want to add your own fruit and cereal to it. Otherwise try the flavored ones. Very good. I love the pineapple.

Did any of your Dr's suggest massaging your abdomen daily until your uterus shrinks back down? My Dr suggested this would help a lot. A lot of good this does now. I am just wondering if this is what helped me?

I think it depends on where your cut is, how you heal, and the amount of scar tissue your body builds up. I am not sure... but I have had two c-sections and don't have a bulge. Have you asked your Dr about it?

I have it. I love it! If you get it let me know, we can encourage each other to stick to the workout plan!

You are probably just retaining water. The bloating some experience is from retaining water. You will find it goes away soon after that lovely monthly experience leaves you.

I think for the first week that it is very likely to loose a lot more. Your weight loss will even out. Your second week may end up being a little less, so don't let that discourage you. Remember, your body is adjusting,

sounds good. I love making homemade pizza. Load it up with a lot of veggies and a slice can be so filling!

Exercise, then you will have some extra calories for dinner.

What about getting a GPS watch for pace? I love mine. I can set it to beep if I slow down to much or speed up to much.

I saw good reviews for Just Dance. Which do you like better?

I am so uncoordinated. Zumba is a struggle for me. I really have trouble slimming my waist and hips. Even before having kids I had trouble there. I heard dancing was good for that. I know I look like a fool, which is why I chose to go this route! The game is fun, just hard for me to keep up!

EA Active 2. Is it very different from the first? I am thinking about getting it.

I really love the Wii active game. I find it to be fun.

Muscle will help you lose weight in the long run. You may see your loss slow some, but once your body acclimates I think you will see your weight drop a little faster if you stick to healthy eating and maintaining your calorie deficit.

KIND bars. My favorite is the almond coconut one. So yummy.

Do the work parties happen often? If not. Select a few foods you would like and have only a small amount if they are not healthy. If they are a weekly occurrence you will have to bring your own lunch for most of them.

Are these extra calories from working out, or are they just your regular daily totals.

How old is your baby? It takes time. I have two toddlers, a two year old and a three year old. They change your body, they change your hormone levels, and they change the amount of time you have to take for yourself. If those are your weak foods then allow yourself to have them, just not all the time. Limit yourself. Look…

Yes, wear socks. Go to a running store and buy some good athletic socks. Also make sure your shoes are the correct fit at the running store. Usually your running shoes should be at least a half size if not a full size larger then what you normally wear.

I had a hard time losing weight on WW. I work out a lot and if I ate my earned points from working out I wouldn't lose weight. I know it works great for some people, but it never did for me. I have been on MFP for 1.5 weeks and lost more weight then I did on WW paying for 3 months! As for meetings. I went to one and never…

google a circuit workout. Jumping jacks for 1 min. Jump rope a min. Pushups. crunches. Keep doing circuits.

Not sure, but great job. The fastest I have done with my double jogger is 11 min miles. Those dang things are a pain to maneuver.
