After doing the strength workout for a few weeks and getting it down...I actually skip ahead when he is doing all that "talking...make sure you write it down stuff" you can trim some time off...but jogging is a great idea too to keep the heart rate up and burn some extra "goo" during the slower workouts!

Not to be a pooper on this one..but there was just a big recall on ground turkey...not saying to stay away from it...just be careful when buying...I would think by now most of the stores would have pulled any recalled products.

We camp a lot and if your car/cooler are always near by (your not backpacking in somewhere)...fruits, veg and yogurt are easy to keep. Ziploc omlets are fun for breakfast (google for how to do it) easy clean up and you can make egg white ones with lots of pre-chopped veggies. The more prep you do befoe you leave the better…

I agree local/organic/in season is the way to go...but living in Iowa...there isn't a whole lot of that except for a few months in the summer...and only veggies...not fruit.

I am shooting for 150...I would be HAPPY to be that after spending the last 10 years around 200 after having two kids. I would LOVE to be 140-145...so when I get to 150 (like many others say) I will look at the number again. Right now I feel that if I am 150 and in good shape I wil feel great!
