Not yet...but I enjoyed going through a bunch of smaller sized clothes I had put away and finding that they fit! I was doing a happy jig every time I was able to zip up something!

Only two days left! I sure wish I could get all the way through the last circuit with the squat jumps and rock stars without stopping for a few seconds.I have started counting and just try to push to do more each time. I am SO ready for a break!

I just got the Ft7 yesterday...it figures your zones for you...so you dont have to worry about it. Find what display you like best...by hubby just likes to see his HR in the large numbers...I like the scale and I only look at the calories burned at the end. Have fun! I actually asked my friend who is a health inspector this same question a few months ago. Yep..you can...the date is more of a "Best by" date. She said you can go up to a month. Just watch for the signs the others said- smell, foil popped up etc.

I make this too. My kids love it as a filling for quesadillas....when can have a few extra cals...I use it as a taco filling...also good over lettuce like a taco salad.

30 day shred is great. I have heard that all of hers are good. and the Biggest Loser ones are good too...great thing is they are a great price...most are under 10 bucks!

FRee = FOR SURE...even if you decide down the line that you would want a different mode/features...this is a great way to make sure you really WANT a treadmill. I prefer to run outside...but living in IA I know I will need my treadmill in the winter! I got my off Craigslist and it works great...it is a Proform also.

I have started p90x the "lean" routine and got to about week 6 and I stopped.
