just popping in I`m ready for tomorrow to get here lol I got my new HRM in the mail and I really want to play with on the shred and see if my guess was close to what I`m actualy burning

Day 6 done today still on mOdified push ups but feel stronger0

Day 8 for me today if I can handle after kickboxing - though still waiting to hear if I'm going to kickboxing or not ...
Also still on modified pushups. Think I will be until round two in a month!0 -

i did another set of full press ups, and everything seems so much easier
also my calorie expenditure had fallen so that would mean my body is finding it easier
no diff on scales tho
hopingto find diff from the tape measure!!
one more day of level 1 and then onward and upward to level 20 -
30DS L1D9 + 20 min Turbo Jam done! Day 9 can you believe it? I felt a little stronger today though I'm still on modified push ups and the front lifts still suck! Everything else is ok, one more day and we have a rest day Then bring on level 2! How is everyone else doing?0

day #7 level one is done along with 35 min on the eliptical
before the HRM I was listing level one at 245cals burned as a guess from reading other threads and people that posted around my hight and weight
with my HRM I burnd 266cals today so not to far off (not including the eliptical)0 -
yesterday seemed alot easier than its been, dont know why or anything, but it was. Maybe thats a sign its time to move on?
I still dont do normal pushups though0 -
Just done day 7, it was fine, anyone notice that the girl on the left cheats when doing the lunges and biceps curls!! Makes me feel good to see her 'struggle' like us normal folk! Lol I try to keep up with her on the most part.
Had a long walk this morning as well and thinking about having a 5k run this evening if I can fit it in!0 -
About to knock out D8. Just finished treadmill and exercise bike. I too am on modified pushups. I'll probably always be though, because I don't have strong wrists. But that's ok with me! I'm still doing pushups0

L1D9- Oh Whoa is me....Lacking motivation today. In fact what got me through todays workout, I promised myself some Ben and Jerry's icecream when I finished. It was just about an even calorie train.To top it off, I hurt my left tendon when I came down on it wrong in the first round of jump rope. So not only was I lacking motivation, I was experiencing a bit of pain. Halfway into the first circuit, my mother called crying... Eventually I got back to exercising, and finished. I have not had my icecream yet, but I promise i will as soon as I am done with my blog. It took all my will to get through this today. Tomorrow is the last day of level one. Yippee! Good luck to the rest of you.0

today was day 8 for me i started a day late but im not gonna take the day break so ill catch up ... i did find it a bit harder today i felt very tired doing it but i pushed through and i managed a good few mod push ups and i done jumping jacks and jump rope without having to stop... my legs still burn alot with the punching but have to say i am starting to not dread it anymore and just as we are all getting comfy with it along comes level 2... i say bring it on jillian do your worst because we are ready for you... i havent even looked as far as level 2 so i have no clue what is coming my way.. so girls and guys enjoy your last day of level 1 tomorrow because i reckon we are in for it!!!0

Today is my alone day, my youngest goes to a Childminder and my eldest is on holiday with grandad! So I'm a little torn what exercise to do! I could go for a nice long run which would be lovely! Or get to the gym which has been almost impossible sins oh started his new job, oh decisions decisions! I've also Ottawa fit the shred in there some how! If I go to the gym I'll mostly be using weights.

Level1D10 of 30DS + W3D2 C25K done this morning! Can you believe it? We are done with level one!!! I'm so happy that we have our little group it makes so much easier to keep going! I did not get out of the modified push ups and the front raises still a killer but everything else is fine, now bring on level 2! well after my much deserved rest day! Send in your updated measuraments girls!!!0

Day 8 done for me, i went to the gym this morning and really worked my legs and arms, so todays shred was a challenge, but i did it non the less! I expect to ACHE in the morning!
The next few days are going to be difficult for me, Tommorrow i'll be driving 6.5 hours with my kids to go to my mums wedding, i'm going to try and get day 9 done in the morning before we go.
Realistically i'm not sure if i'll be able to do the dvd friday as thats the wedding. i'm definatly goin to run for a while each day tho so i'll be getting some exercise in!

Day 9 done! I'll not be taking the rest day so that I can catch up to everyone again. Today was much easier for sure. Was even able to go down further on the modified pushups and for more of them!0

I am a little afraid of level 2 because it is full of planks and I can't even do a push up without adaption! But I'm looking forward to taking my workout to the next level.0

L1D10 of 30 day shred out of the way! Yippee! I finally earned a rest day. I sure did sweat today. Goodness I hope my body is ready for the second level. I'm excited, yet nervous. I think I will take my measurements tomorrow since I finished the level today. I don't know if I lost inches where it counts, but I can definately see the tone in my tummy, and I fit into my size 12 pants yesterday!0

D 9 L1 Done. I am sooooo sick of jumping jacks!! I really REALLY hope there are no jumping jacks in L2!! I did do regular push ups today,tho. I was really happy about that....my arms are a big trouble zone for me. I think I will post my stats on Friday morning. That is my official weigh in, and tomorrow is my last day of L1. It is great to see everyone doing so well!0

And sometimes it is so extreme...like somedays I HATE it, hate it Hate it...and other days I absolutley am excited and love the burn!0
