    L2D6 done! Level 3 is getting closer. Still sweating gallons. It seemed to taper off in level one, not in level 2 though. Four more days until a rest.

    Didn't do it last night. Rest day. D4 L2 tonight!
  • Day 1 of level 3 today.. its tough but I loved it. Followed it up by a 50min yoga class at my gym. :-) I need to get through tomorrow and Saturday early morning before my hen weekend starts then I am taking a rest day on Sunday and going for a well deserved trip to the spa.

    Day 4 L2 just done, its still challenging! if i ever have to do a plank move again after these 10 days i'll screem! lol

    Does anyone mind if I join your group late? I started doing the 30 Day Shred on Aug. 1 and was part of another thread for this on MFP, but since there were so many threads for starting the Shred on 8/1, I think the one I was part of got lost since it didn't have many people, and for the last few days, I'm the only one posting there.

    I did the 30 Day Shred starting 6/23, so this one starting 8/1 is my second round of it. Hubby and I do it together 6 days a week, taking Sundays off. The first time we did the 10 days in a row at each level. This time we do 2 days of level 1, 2 days of level 2, and 2 days of level 3 per week.

    This morning we finished day 16.

    The last few days I've also been biking to supplement my Shred workout.

    I am planning to get day 5 done early tomorrow before we leave on vacation (anniversary trip) If not I will do it Sunday night when we get back

    hey ladies- sorry i havent checked in lately, been out of town alot.

    I did day 8 today, been pretty good with doing it all so far but ready for this one to be over....dont know how level three will be though!

    L2 D4 done! I have to say it was a tiny tad easier today. It still sucked really bad, though. I'm not as sore as I was so I guess my body is adjusting.

  • I had planned to do D2 L3 today but my shoulders are killing me.. and I have the food for my wedding to test this evening so extra calories.. Eek not so good. Gonna head out for a 30min run I think as I and deffo going to be going over my cals today need to make it as painless as possible.

    Is anyone else finding level two quite heavy on their knees? It feels quite high impact and I'm noticing an ache, Altho not really sore it's definatly there!

    Still a bit behind the rest of you but L2D4 done today. It was brutal but I got through. I have been concentrating on my 5K training as well so at least I'm still exercising. :)

    Yes, very. My RA is extremely unhappy with L2.

    Done day 5 L2 I'm having to modify some of the plank moves as my knees are hurting, don't like it at all! I shall persevere non the less!

    I had more trouble with my knees on level one, but I've had some pain in my right knee and elbow. The planks are killers.

    Day8 of L2 done! Felt pretty good today, except the knees with all the jumping around. Planks seemed easier, which scared me. hah
  • Hey guys! I haven't been able to do 30DS lately due to a hamstring injury accompanied with a leg irritation/rash.
    You are all doing great and I will restart again when able to! Will still be following this thread just won't be as active on it due to issues. Good luck!

    Ladies I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately. I got really busy and fell behind a little bit. Just did L2D9 today, will be doing L2D10 tomorrow and then starting L3 on Tuesday. I hate level 2. I don't know if I see much difference yet, but will stick to it and hope that by the end the results will be there. Great job sticking to it everyone!!! Have a great Sunday!!!

    Day 9 of L2 done! Can you believe we're almost done with level 2? I am so sick of planks! She's a plank *****, that's what she is! LOL Will be doing the same as Morgana and catching up with day 10 tomorrow and jumping right into L3 on Tuesday with everyone else :)

    We're 2/3 done! Yea!!

    I've been lazy.

    I did it Thursday.
    Didn't on Friday.
    Did on Sat morn with every intention of catching up for lack of Fri on Sat evening. Didn't happen.
    Didn't do it Sunday.

    So, day on, day off.

    Planks, I used to like you. I hate you now.

    I'm on D6 tonight. Argh, falling behind!

    My body forced me to take 2 days off. I hate that I am so far behind you gals! I really have to watch my back and knees, though, and my back has been giving me fits, Urggg! I am gonna go for D6 L2 today. You are all doing sooo great! Can't wait to see everyone's results.
