no,, i'm not where i wanted to be. But being that I started at 140,, i allways heard tthe closer you get to where u want to be the harder it is,, so i'm just going to keep trucking,, bc i am soooo not loosing 1lb per week,:(

I have the app for i phone and I tried it and it works horrible in my area!! I walked 2 miles in less than 30 minutes and it was telling me that i had 2 hrs to go! lol,, If you don't have perfect service it doesn't work that well. But i live in a small town in the country. :( I hope it works good for you!!

agree!!! if you have any joint issues,, i wouldn't advise. I did it about a week and my doc told me it wasn't for me. Its rough on the knees. But i really did enjoy it otherwise and it does give you amazing results if you put 100% into it! good luck!
