start level 3. It took me a month and a half to finish it thoroughly,, I had an injury , then work and kids. But now I am trying it again bc I liked it. Its still hard the second go around.:

Unfortunately I don't log it bc There really isn't an exercise labeled "chasing a two yr old" ,, lol,, most ppl will probably tell you to invest in a HRM.. EVERYONE tells me that.
