some,, not all,, just incase of inaccuracy. Surely mpf isn't perfectly accurate. Untill I get HRM,, then i'll know if I want to eat them all back or not. Thats juste me.0

I just feel like that is taking away what you are working for. Shouldn't there be a defecit (sp?) like 500 calories a day so that you get to the 3500 needed to lose a pound?0
-
Do what works for you - if you are losing and you don't feel deprived - you're doing good!0

This is more like the 58th question of the day, everyday.

Answer lies within.0 -
YES! YES! YES!
At lest half of them (or more) but not all, UNLESS you are below 1200 without eating some back! (=starvation mode= no weight loss)
Eating back some of the exercise calories is a little REWARD to me for being a good boy and doing my exercises. It motivates me.0 -
I normally don't. If I really want something and have to dip into them...no biggie.0
-
Maybe a few but not many. I was for a while and didn't see any changes so I stopped eating most of them.0

Anyone tell you that you sorta look like Steve Zahn?0 -
I don't should I be??
perhaps when I get down closer to my goal weight I might ...0 -
depends on how hungry i am0
-
For me it depends. I try not to but if I cash on a few of them I don't feel bad but I don't try to purposely do so since hopefully this can help me lose more weight.
Also, if it is going to put me below 1200 calories I try to at least get up to that if I have worked out a lot.
I just see it as a bonus and if I DO need a little extra that day, I take them but if not then I just leave them out there0 -

lol THAT's a new one.... ummm not sure if that is a compliment or not... I think i will take it as a compliment!
THANK YOU!0 -

I don't usually log anything after work until the next morning so I don't ever know how close I'm coming to my goals, but the answer is still YES. I usually come pretty close to what MFP says I should eat with exercise calories included.0

Just FYI for everyone I have been doing some research...well my friend Nikki has been doing some research and here is what we have found:
A 1200 calorie diet is good if your doing no exercise or sedentary. If your working out you must replenish your body so at least about 1600 calories will do this. It will increase your weight loss. But 1600 calories of clean healthy food not soda and chips. To lose weight when doing strength training wiht weights (30 DAY SHRED) you must eat more. Your muscles/ body need the food otherwise they store water and fat. Just some food for thought for ya!!! I am going to for sure eat all of my exercise calories and see if it makes a difference!!0 -
Thanks for sharing that information Shanna!
I don't eat back my calories, because when I do, I gain weight... but my daily caloric intake is generally around 1400 to 1500 each day. After exercising, my net caloric intake is "around" 1000 per day (sometimes less). But that's the only way my body will let go of the weight!0
