Hello all :) I really am so proud of my self and wanted to share with you all. here are some newer before and after. My before was 5/2010 at my friends farm and at my highest weight in life.

The after is 159 lbs down taken this week YAY I feel so beyond incredible :) I get to run after my girls and almost keep up with them HAHA
