I am 5'5". I used to weigh 117 which is where I was the most comfortable, that was almost 7 years ago! I'd be really happy between 125-130, anything below that would be a huge bonus.

Store bought granola! I thought I was doing myself a favor but it's just dessert for breakfast. We started making our own and cutting back on the sugar and adding more seeds and oats. Of course it's also a matter of portion control.
