All I have done is walking, 30-60 minutes, 5 days a week, and healthy eating. 89lbs lost. It's a slow process, but it's what worked for me.

I really feel everyone is different. I rarely have any calories left for the day and if I do, I plan an evening snack to fill in the gap. Everyone's body works different though. I do wish they could pass their extra calories on to me...........

Yes, I crave water now and the going to the bathroom bit seems to improve over time. Let your body adjust. You will feel better over time!

This, but us larger people can get away eating below this for awhile. I should be eating 2300 and I eat around 1800.

I use it often and haven't had any issues. My suggestion is to make sure the servings you are selecting are correct, otherwise the calories will be off. Sorry I can't help you out.......

I'm noticing that a couple of days you only ate about 600-700 calories.....in my opinion, you should be eating at least 1200 a day.

I think you weren't losing at 1500 calories because it was too little and now that you've upped your calories your body is just adjusting. It sucks going no where for awhile, but you'll start to lose. Hang in there and good luck.:drinker:

I was an 8 Diet Coke a day girl!! I now allow myself one a day, only after I've gotten my water in for the day. It's like a treat! Think of the $ you'll save, pop is spendy these days. Good luck, it's not easy, but your body will adjust.:drinker:
