One of the cheapest meals I make is stir fry. I use two bags for Fred Meyer or Kroger brand frozen stir fry with noodles mix.....usually on sale for $1 per bag, I add chicken, beef or shrimp and serve over a serving of rice. This feeds two adults nice size portions. We eat this a couple times of week.

You could try adding some lemon juice..... I struggled with water for years, but I went out and bought one of the big reusable plastic cups with straw, I pack it with ice and water and now I have no problem getting my water in. Has to be ice cold though. Good luck!

I understand exactly how you feel. I am waiting until Saturday evening to buy my kiddos Easter basket supplies.....otherwise I will eat and have to rebuy. We are all here for same reason.....some of us just have less control. We live and learn. I plan on eating a few pieces of candy (Reeses.....oh they are my weakness) but…

Keep it up!!! It's really amazing when you start keeping track and compare it to what you used to eat..........some days I'm sure I was taking in a whole weeks worth of calories....gross.....but thats why I'm here. :flowerforyou:

Several people I work with have done many cycles of this and almost all of them have great success but gain it back.....QUICKLY. Not only do you need to spend $100 month on the drops but you eat roughly 800 calories a day....no thank you. Looks like you are doing an amazing job on your own, keep it up!

Wheat tortilla, canned chicken (I buy mine at Costco), chopped celery, handful of grapes cut in half and a serving of light mayo(it's good without it too). Mix and put in your torilla and there is always some left over to eat with a spoon. :)
