I've been taking Inositol and it seems be be helping slow down and soften the hirsutism. I got it on Amazon. Might be worth looking into it. My personal opinion is that if its banned in the UK its bad news and you don't want it in your body.

Sorry. When I lost over a hundred pounds before having my baby the hirsutism didn't get any better for me. I wish I had better news! You'll probably want to try a drug/herb that will lower/block the output of testosterone in your body in order to lessen the unwanted hair that is popping up.

I get this too on my inner thighs. I just do warm compresses and try to keep tight fitting work out gear there so the skin doesn't get a chance to rub and make things worse... I didnt realize it was part of PCOS but it makes perfect sense. I just never put two and two together.
