B12 supplements did not work for me either. I take B-complex and it has multiple B vitamins and helped a GREAT deal for my energy. I feel a difference when I don't take them thats for sure. Didn't help me lose weight but it gives me energy to workout.

I have had a history of fatigue as well. I went to the doctor to check my thyroid and such and he had no medical explanation for my tiredness. For me, a vitamin B complex helps a huge deal. This is very true. And to add to this....many people lose electrolytes during exercise from sweating and only drink water only which further dilutes them causing hypokalemia

I am on Week 2 of RI30 and I'm so sore. For me personally, I think it was easier to start with 30DS because I too had problems with the cardio. I too, love carbs! I have been staying at or under my calorie goal but not losing much. I noticed in the past I lose more when I up my protein intake, but it seems so unrealistic to stick to that. I need a balance I guess. :(
