It is a little boring, but I made grilled chicken, quinoa, and steamed veggies. Dessert was greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. I made enough to have extra to take for lunch at work tomorrow.

Keep going and trying. You will be able to finish as you get more fit. I would suggest trying a few different classes to find what you like. The Y usually offers a variety of classes for a variety of fitness levels, some are specifically for beginners. Be proud of yourself for a good start.

Even though my intake is pretty consistent, my exercise level changes day to day depending on what I am doing. One day is not a good indicator of anything. The average over the long term means a lot more.

I thought white wheat was a different variety of wheat. In theory you can get whole white wheat flour according to the website "the Gracious Pantry.' I would carefully read the paackage looking to see of it is whole white wheat.

When people ask me what I did to lose weight I tell them. They really hate it when I tell them that I work out 6 days a week. Their answer is almost always the same "i could never do that!" I never said they had to, I just told them what I did.

Not too bad at my gym yet. I usually go at 0500, so I only see the very serious that early. The rush will start next weeek and go for a month maybe two. It is nice when some of the new ones stick around, but most don't.

My goto treat is fresh berries with greek yogurt. I also take fresh fruit and veggies to snack on at work.

Please check with your MD. I would also ask the MD about the wisdom of a 1000cal diet. He/she will probably want you to eat more especially if you are breastfeeding.

I feel best with 50%carb, 30%protein and 20%fat. I do keep it pretty clean to feel my bes and be happiest.

I have tried low carb in the past and gained it all back. I lost 45 pounds not on a low carb plan and have done well. I do eat carbs, but keep it pretty clean overall. I love fruits, veggies and whole grains.

So far I have recovered four paitents from general anesthesia. I should recover three or four more before I go home at eight. Luckily everybody has been nice and stable, even my two kids didn't cry too much. I have now jinxed myself and can prepare for an ICU crash and burn.

Your list looks like the clean I try to achieve. There are as many definitions of clean as people who define it. I just do the best I can to eat the best I can. I am always working to eat cleaner.

I am 44 and sttill have a pair of jeans from high school. Those jeans are now too big by about a size or two. I love trying them on. My Mom thinks i am too small, but I just don't care. I am normal.

People don't pay as much attention to others as we give them credit for. They are more focused on themselves. Keep up the good work and they will notice. It takes a lot longer than we want for people to notice a change for the better, but it will happen.

I would keep one item. It will shock you to try them on later. When I went to WW I wore the same pair of shorts every week until they wouldn't stay up any longer. It is niec to have a tangible measure of your weightloss.

In general if I am in a hurry I grill my protein, steam my veggies and make quinoa. I try to make a large batch of some grain(quinoa, farro, or brown rice) on a day off and keep it in the fridge ready to go. Grilled protein over bagged salad works. Eggbeater omelette is quick. The crockpot can be good as well.
