Sounds great. I will have to try it this week! Thank you!

Six days a week. Spin 3 days, lift 2 days and bootcamp on Sat. I usually take Sunday off unless I missed a day and need to make it up.

You are not alone. I'm here.

I have done really well with September, but vacation starts Oct 13. For that week I will be drinking some. I will resume the no alcohol deal when I get home. The world just might end if I go to the BVI and not have a painkiller. :drinker:

Nice to see a response from someone who actually knows what they are talking about. That is one of the most poorly written books I have ever read. I hate to admit it , but I did read it. I wanted to see what all of the fuss was about. Oddly enough, in the book he had subbed for his mother's friend from the age of 15, so…

I would eat my normal amount and stay really clean for the rest of the week. I would also try to get some extra exercise in. It will all even out in the long run.

Well done. Wear it with pride, you made the right choice!

Great book. Absolutely worth the money and time.

They offer it every now and then at my gym. I have always been curious but have never found the time. You are not supposed to do it right after a workout and that is when I have time. It is about $50. If the scheduling ever works out I will try it.

Absolutely! You may start out alone but soon you will meet people. I go alone all of the time. Class time isn't really for chatting with friends.

Very well stated. I have been married for 11 years. Neither of us would treat the other like this. We both put the other person first willingly and it makes us happy. You deserve better.

I do the same. I also add some yoga to balance my week. I will always enjoy lifting more than cardio.

Reese's peanutbutter eggs at Easter. I just don't buy them anymore.

Orlando, but we spend lots of time in Brevard. My husband is from Merritt Island. Feel free to fried me.

I get to the gym at 0500 5 days a week. I am certainly not alone. We have a nice crowd that likes to get a workout in before work or the craziness of the day.

I recently started using Pinterest and love it. The only problem is that it is easy to spend way too much time on there. I have found some great recipes, exercises, and motivation.

Critical Care Nurse for 24 years. I love the patients but hate the system.

Oddly enough I almost posted this same topic today. I try to eliminate any added sugar and to keep my natural sugars to a minimum. Even if I go over I would rather it be naturally occuring rather than processed.

Had it done last year. PM me and I will gladly answer any questions.

I rarely eat any back. I will eat some if I am unusually hungry, maybe half. I plan my food pretty well each day and if I get enough protein I am not hungry.

Well written, thank you!

I lost 45 pounds with WW and kept it off. They are very geared toward thse new to weightloss. I got tired of the same old same old newbie stuff. It is a good program that tries to focus members on healthier choices on one hand and then sells them processed crap at the same time. It can work.

I think it is funny that people are becoming aware of their carbon footprint, but neglect to calculate the carbon footprint of each child they produce and then the children those children produce....We have neighbors with 5 kids. They don't even recycle. I am a nurse and can promise you that just because you have a child…

I have not had alcohol since the middle of August. I don't miss it. Now, cookies are a different subject, but I am not eating those either for now. I am very serious about eating clean until vacation next month. It is making a nice difference on the scale. I just don't need all the sugar.

I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. Luckily I work 8-8 and don't have to be at work too early, I try to arrive at about 0730. Nobody is waiting on my arrival to go home so I have a little wiggle room in my arrival time. I get up and go to the gym at 0500, shower and go to work from the gym. There is no way on earth I…

Glad to find you guys. I always feel like the outsider not being a mommy.

Thank you for posting. It was very interesting!

Walk and take it easy. It is hard but follow your surgeon's instructions. You want to heal and get back to normal, not set yourself back. Be as kind to yourself as you would be to others.
