Oh and also this is a real yummy one for breakfast - sounds gross but DONT KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRIED IT! Two slices of Soy and Linseed Burgen bread (toasted) then a light coating of crunchy peanut butter - then sliced tomatoes on top - D E L I C I O U S!

Yes - this is delicious - two slices of multigrain bread with shredded chicken - finely chopped almonds - weightwatchers mayonaise and shredded iceberg lettuce - it is scrumptious and good quality protein!
