  • I have read this other places too.. just add olive oil to pretty much everything. Gets you a few hundred calories a day with a few spoonfuls. I have not tried it yet. Just what I normally use and I use olive oil mayo.
  • This is a ridiculous amount of food.. thats 3 cups of oatmeal right? A normal (not bodybuiler) woman can not consume that .. plus the problem is that we feel full already.. so chugging a huge thick shake isnt going to help. Will just feel bloated.
  • Just so you know, I have scanned some items and they came up a different version or slightly off from what I had. Just FYI. :)
  • 1200 is a bare minimum to basically survive.. Unless you are extremely petite you really should not go under this for the day. Im actually having trouble staying above this myself because the healthier food you eat, the more there is for the same calories. If you go too far under, your body will store fat.
  • This is also not correct. The activity level determines your metabolism, you still need to NET a certain amount no matter what level you are at. Even if you put extremely active, you need to have a NET intake to stay healthy.
  • This is incorrect. If it was built in then it would not give them back to you in the counter. You have to NET a certain amount and you will not get enough calories or nutrients if you are not eating what you should be. Unless you are very overweight, then you have to eat back those calories.
  • its .8 per kg .. or .37 per lb apparently someone saw metric units and decided it was the same thing. You should be getting 10 to 35 % of your calories from lean protein
