agreed..circuit training. however, the calories burned for circuit training for me were too low for what i burned doing 30DS. just a heads up in case you don't have a HRM. :)

I respecfully disagree. There was a measurable (in inches) difference after 5 days of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred.

I would start Jillian Michael's 30 day shred today. I would also make sure you eat AT LEAST 1200 calories -- not below. From personal experience over the last few months, I did not lose, or lost very slowly, when I did that. Your body will burn more efficiently if you keep it at or slightly above 1200 calories. (I…

i had to stop because it was bothering my knees so badly. :( i haven't done it since last friday. going to try again tonight. has anyone else had this issue? (and i am doing the moves right, knee not going over foot, etc...)

totally agree! i don't view anything as "cheating" anymore. i do try to make smart choices with food and to compensate when i don't. but i think that will be life long for me. if i want french fries at lunch, well, i will have to do without wine at dinner or chocolate for dessert. or will have to do an extra workout.…

i realized this morning that i have an increasingly small number of clothing items that actually will stay on, much less fit. more than the scale, the fact that my old (and TIGHT) clothes are hanging off my body, and some won't even stay up anymore, is a huge NSV =D
