I have a question about the net amount of calories, Should I be paying any attention to that? My BMR is 1597 Maintenance is 2076 521 calories are allowed to be burned without having to eat them back. Hey everyone, I'm Denise. I was a part of the August challenge and can't wait to start September's now. I have an almost 4 year old and for the first 3 and a half years I didn't do much to lose the extra weight. I gained 75lbs during my pregnancy and only lost about half of it. August 17- 18 Challenges: Completed 250 crunches extra each day. All week I've been getting ready to leave to Cancun this Saturday so I haven't been reporting in my logs as I should be. I AM however, doing all my workouts and challenges in the mornings. I also plan to continue to workout while I'm on vacation.
