Did my first B workout. Seems like I'm getting in and out of the gym fairly quickly. Not use to that, I use to spend about 2 hrs at the gym.

I wait until I'm home to take a shower and change. I take my son to the daycare there and I make sure to get in every minute of those two hours (2hr daycare at my gym) to actual working out. I go usually in the late evenings so I just get home, take a shower, change and relax before bed.

125, then I forgot to log on over the holidays. BUT all those 125 days shouldn't have counted. I didn't always log in my calories or food. i think it would be better if it only counted days we actually recorded data on.
