For the globe jumps, is each jump counted as one? Or is a rotation of 4 counted as 1? I counted the 4 jumps as 1 when I did mine. I assumed that's how it was suppose to be?

So what's everyone's biggest challenge when it comes to losing weight? For me, it's the food aspect. I use to love eating out and enjoying every weekend at a nice restaurant. Of course the calories are horrible there which is why I probably kept packing on the lbs.

I always peel it. I highly recommend you try frozen mango. Just cut it up, stick it in the freezer. OMG! Taste like candy it's so good!

Boy, are my abs going to be sore tomorrow! Just got through with the 30 day shred filled with planks and abdominal exercises only to crank out my 50 crunches for the challenge right after. How is everyone else doing?

So I was feeling a little down this morning, I stepped on the scale and I was up a few pounds! I got on MFP and read the article our fellow teammate, 500lbs2marathon, had posted, "why the scale lies". Great article and has me feeling not so bad anymore.

One thing I always notice in my food logs is I'm usually always over on the fat portion. I really need to work on that. It's almost an everyday occurrence in my logs.

Did the jumping jacks early this afternoon, drank more than enough water and have stayed under calorie goal. Now can't wait to get up early tomorrow morning to run my extra mile at the park.
