I do! I am currently being a little lazy since I just ate - and its my "off diet" day. But I have no plans and its a Saturday night and I vowed to FINALLY complete the 30 day shred in November. I will feel horrible if I skip it! I;m only letting myself down in the end. Plus the way I feel once I've made it through a…

I think I was turned off to them because my ex's brother and his girlfriend NEVER called each other by their real name. It was"baby" this, "sweetie" that, and they were so disgusting to listen to! lol. I call people "doll". And my boyfriend "dreamy",, which he returned with "foxy". But we came up with that when we were…

I am about 10 years younger than you, but have dated older me before. I used to winder why at 30 something they were still single and going nowhere. So your post kind of caught my eye. My advice: Better yourself NOW. Try to find a job, and get yourself into a stable place, and move into your own place - you don't have to…

Yeh just input all your ingredients, its kind of a pain but its worth it. And divide the portions up first and put away leftovers ahead of time.

Agreed - the protein setting on here is too low. I am always way over, and but still under 1g per pound. The only thing I find is whey protein makes me feel bloated - its kind of annoying.

I feel the same way too. Lost 8-9 pounds so far, and I'll be feeling great and then...the mirror and the clothes. I had to go dress shopping for a wedding, and I almost cried in the fitting room on 3 different trips. I just hate the way things look on, nothing seemed flattering and I am stuck in between sizes. Kind of…

I know, its just hard to stay motivated when you feel that way. We work so hard to get to where we want to be and can't appreciate it? Its frustrating! Nice to know I'm not alone though. Thanks for sharing!

I use the large smart water or similar sized bottle that is 4 servings of water. I make it a goal to drink 2 of them, or 3 24 oz bottles each day. 1 of which I may add crystal light to. one bottle before lunch, and one after. I just keep it at my desk all day.

1.) I am seeing that large muscle of the inner thigh forming - its no mlonger just fluff. 2.) Arms that are getting toned!

I found foods that would satisy my sweet cravings instead. For example, I could eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's in a night. I just couldn't say no. But, I stared reading fitness articles and getting inspired and reading about better foods. I've gotten hooked on Greek yogurt to replace my candy and ice cream cravings. I mix…

I put 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter in an 80-100 calorie serving of Greek yogurt, with about 1 tsp of honey. Lots of protein and the texture is thicker, so it keeps me full until lunch.

While I sometimes skip that am gym visit (IE I went to bed at 12 or so...I make up for it after work!) I get up out of my warm cozy bed, into the dark early morning knowing I will feel better all day if I just go. The cardio just wakes me up and puts me in a better mood than staying in bed til the last minute and feeling…

I agree with the negative aspect of not logging. Maybe its just a bit of something, but "just a bite" of a few thigns, and you're adding up. And skipping fruits probably isn't wise. A banana has 100 something calories in it, and there are carbs too. Just because they're clean calories doesn't mean you didn't eat them. I…

Thanks, I keep getting mixed information about carbs and this is exactly what I needed to hear. I am focusing on more protein and like you said, just logging in and counting. Thanks:)

Super torn on this topic because I think a lot of obese people choose the "I'm fat and its too hard to get fit" mindset so they continue to eat whatever they want. This could probably be seen as an "addiction" but I don't think of it that way. The reason I do struggle with this though, is because I have felt like I was…

I have this problem too - only it sounds like the food choices I eat after dark are far worse! Eek! I'll have a great day and then ruin it with sugar. I think I deprive myself of certain things and then my body craves them and I give in. I started on here again after "failing" before. But I have taken the "one day at a…
