I had 2 c-sections and i have heard it is harder to get your tummy in shape after that. grrrrrr i am hoping you get some good hits on this thread lol

I love making turkey burgers , i have to admit i dont really have a recipe for it . I most of the time just add alittle seasoning salt , ground paper , finely chopped onions and garlic and top with pepper jack and put it with a ton of veggies on a sandwich thin :)

I totally know where you are coming from i have 3 friends who have lost 50+ pounds on meds and didnt change anything it it pisses me off knowing how much they lost without doing anything and how little i have lost working my butt off . i am intrested to see the comments you get from this thread . we can do this together…

I have never seen my eliptical show 10,000 stide which is what 3 miles is about holy cow i must be doing this wrong now i feel worse

it is a weightloss setting , about a 5-6 resistance

I am strarting to think my eliptical isnt counting all my strides it is making me mad i loooove my eliptical i burn a ton of calories in a small amount of time

I am about 5'9" and my goal weight is 170 i feel i looked good there before i had my second kiddos but who knows how i will look at that weight this time around . I love being curvy and having a fuller figure . Truly it all comes down to how you feel in your own body i see alot of women whos starting weight is my goal…

I totally understand where you are coming from i have lost 13 pounds and dont see a difference at all but my hubby has gone down a pant size not even trying. When i did thus journey (right after my first kiddo) i love 80 lbs but i only went down from a size 18/20 to a 13/14 and i had a friend do it with me who lost 40 lbs…

I think they are dry to so to help me get through my sweet/chocolate cravings i have a skinny cow truffle ice cream bar and those are awesome !

I have always been told take at least 1 day off a week to let your body rest and re-coup but thats just me and whats been working for me so far maybe eat alittle of you exercise calories back it might help with being tierd your body might need fuel so try having some fruit or add more veggies to your meals :) good luck

I am 5'9 and i know the feeling ! it took me lossing 30lbs last time i walked this weight loss journey for anyone to say anything about me lossing weight . I do tend to carry my weight well no one ever guessed i weighed 240 but i did lol. just keep at it us tall girls can do it and look fabulous at the end :)

My husband is the same way !! I know it can be hard because i am having the same issue i am not the type to go hard and keep going i get bored it just dont like doing it anymore. i see so many people who go hard and just keep going and i just look at myself and wish that were me. right now i am trying to keep myself…
