For some reason I'm being dense, and need a specific example to understand what you're saying. Can you break that down a but further? What do you mean exactly? What's the difference between the calendar day and the time you count your food intake, when using the armband?
-
Yeah, that's definitely part of what I'm asking, and that helps. Thank you! :)
-
Anyone? No one with experience using a Body Media armband and working nights?

I'm 5'2", pretty muscular, so my goal weight is around 130.

Overeaters Anonymous for compulsive eaters like myself. Like AA, it works if you work it.

If someone has a number like "72" in their username, that usually makes me think it's their birth year! lol ;) Unless that's just a random number. haha :)
-
That is my "industry age," as I like to call it. LOL. But nah, I'm 30. *insert horror movie music here*
-
Oh no, this is a dangerous game!! I'm so bad at guessing people's ages! As for the pretty lady above me...it's hard to say because I'm only seeing a side pic, but 27? EDIT: Your profile name says 1987 so I'm assuming that's your birth year, in which case I was a bit off. *smacks self in head*

THIS!! I couldn't agree more. Well put. :)

I also started out with just walking. At the time I had just moved to a new city, didn't have many friends or money, couldn't afford a gym membership, etc. I started out just power walking, and eating better, and I started to lose weight slowly. Eventually I added jogging/running into the mix, with walking still though,…

I'd kill for a stomach that flat! You look kick-*kitten*--thanks for posting!
-
That, in turns, inspires ME to keep going. Thank you! And if I can do it, anyone can! Congrats on the lost 20!!
-
First of all THANK YOU EVERYONE for the amazing support & encouragement!! Your comments have made me feel so good, and are helping me to stay on the right track, because I've been struggling the past month with keeping up the hard work...and haven't lost any weight because of it. All the support helps me to remember how…

I'm a server in Malibu. I'm also a singer, which is why I moved to Los Angeles 1.5 years ago, and I'm currently working on new material in the studio. I usually work 4-6 hours without a break, so I get hungry and it's hard to find healthy snacks that I can sneak in my work apron...candy is just so damn easy to eat…

Ahhh this inspires me even MORE to start lifting...I need a nice, flat stomach like that! You look SUPERB!
-
BUMP! I loved reading these! I need to do mine but I'm still thinking...
-
That is SO F*ING MEAN. I can't believe a mother could say something like that to her child. ugh.
-
Awwww, that is so nice...warm fuzzies!
-
WHOA, that's so messed up. Talk about verbal abuse! Thank goodness you are not with him anymore!

Wow, these all make me a) so sad that people can be so cruel and b) so ANGRY that people can be so cruel, and seemingly have NO REMORSE OR CONSCIENCE about how they're treating others! It's DESPICABLE. I have a few, and I'm short on time, so just one for now. I was crossing the street, late at night, in San Francisco where…

I've been having "cheat meals" way too often, which has hindered my progress the past few weeks. I got down to 139.4 on the scale, and I've been hovering around 140.6 the past few weeks from "cheating" too much. If, and WHEN, I start buckling down and eating better, I will allow myself cheat meals or a cheat day...but as…

Thanks girl! I am EXTREMELY muscular...my legs are hugely muscle, so I'm really surprised to see that almost 35% body fat percentage on the scale. I don't know if my gym has a body fat scale but I'll look into it. Thank you, btw! :)
-
Very nice--keep up the awesome work! YOU CAN DO IT!! You're lovely!
-
Thank you :) !!!

This is one of my before/after photos. Before was July 2009 at around 190 pounds. After is a couple months ago at 145. I'm currently 140, with 20 pounds to go, and a LOT of toning up to do in my mid-section especially.

Whoa, that is such an incredible transformation!! You should be so proud. You look absolutely wonderful!!
-
CONGRATULATIONS!!! You are so right--there's no quick fix, it's really about changing your entire life to be more healthy. WELL DONE!
