Awesome Job!!

Ah but if you think terms of hunter gather your diet would rarely if ever be constant so it fits right in.
-
Part of that is that the more you do a particular workout the more efficient your body becomes at that particular workout. This then causes your body to work less to perform the same tasks, mixing up your workout will keep your body off balance so to speak and help with maximizing your calorie burn.

Intelligence, great personality, good looks and great sense of humor… oh and if she can ride a motorcycle all the better. Umm must not forget she should also have a compatible sex drive (Translates: Likes sex)…

I am from Maryland but it was many moons ago that I was last there... Suitland was the last place I lived in Maryland.

haha if you cut my yard it is spot on... my yard (front and back) is a hill... so you are not just mowing but you are climbing a hill and pushing a mower in front of you...

One of my first recommendations would be to take before pictures. The reason I suggest this is because it is a lot easier to see a difference in picture A and picture B than it is to look in the mirror and find change in your physique. The inches verses pounds I am not so sure about but I know if you are working out to…

Greedy I am... top, bottom... and any other way we can arrange them bunks...

So tell me which is more noticeable and more ego boosting... losing weight or losing inches and fitting into that little bikini and looking good in it? People constantly mistake the number on the scale for being a sign of fitness and accomplishment... I would rather be smaller and toned than 10 pounds lighter... just food…

Congrautlations... you are seeing results and that is the goal...

As for when the exercise activity becomes a natural part of your daily regiment I am not sure but I constantly change my workout to keep my body from becoming efficient at the particular movements. I also give myself what I call a down week every 6 to 8 weeks which causes my body to lose its edge on my workout routine. I…

I found that I am actually slimmer now than I have ever been but I am 10 pounds heavier than my lightest adult weight. I have been doing resistance and cardio (P90X and P90X2) for the past year and I actually found that shooting for a weight was not the most optimum goal and shifted to going for size instead. I have lost…

Well lets see... you can't have this 32oz soda but if you want to eat a big mac and fries with an apple pie after it is all good... although if you let government controll what you eat, what's next? How many times you use the rest room or have sex? Maybe which side you part your hair on and what color socks you wear... I…

Stopped eating in fast food restaurants... doesn't matter which one, I kicked them all to the curb unless I am traveling and then I opt for the healthiest thing on the menu (ie salad) and water to drink.

Fit is the new Skinny... so as long as she is fit (or committed to working towards this point) she qualifies. It is all about the attitude and a willingness to take care and pride in their looks and health.

Congraulations... Awesome progress.

Intelligence... and looks, I am at a point in my life where I can afford to be picky... since I am not too upset with my own company and can hang out with myself quite often… lol
One time I instant messaged my friend how I was breaking up with my psycho b/f after Christmas and sent it to HIM instead. Of course you can imagine how the blood drained from my body....He freaked and called my office about 20 times, screaming and yelling at me....even came by.
Can you say OOPS...

If you go on a bread and water diet it will not take long before you fall off the wagon... it is all about moderation. I have something off the charts at least once a week to help me stay on track and I have gotten to the sweet spot and been there for several months. Trick is I want to stay here and not put back on what I…

I schedule my workouts for 5:30 during the week when I get home from work and then on the weekends I do my workouts when I get up so that I free up my day.

Hmmm the old scale love hate relationship... as I tell everyone, if you are strictly dieting then the scale will give you the big picture, if you are working out... throw it away. Instead of weighing yourself measure yourself. The scale will not move much when you are swapping soft and pudgy for firm and solid... in fact…

A little bit of everywhere but I currently live outside of Birmingham AL... just the latest stop on my way to someplace I really want to live... lol

You were attracting all that attention... must be nice to be so hot!!

Well in that case she should have paid and picked up the tip... if you went out for drinks after it would have been good for you to pick up a round. But the night was by no means your responsibility financially… although I do admit if a woman offers to drop the tip if I am paying then I am impressed even if I don’t let her.

You my man have brought great humor into an otherwise normal day... Good opening...

Do not feel so discouraged you have a lot of company in the “I fell off the wagon department” the trick is to get back on and you sound as if you are ready to do just that. I suppose some advice I could send your way would be to find an exercise that you enjoy, one that doesn’t feel so much like a workout. In that way you…

At 5 pounds I noticed my pants were lose in the waist and the ring that I wear was spinning around my finger (it's a top heavy turquoise ring)…

I do have to say I completely agree with you. My way of dealing with all this is summed up in a phrase taken from an organization I belonged to a long time ago. "Do not be offensive and do not be easily offended." This philosophy has served me well for many years…
