I use it and it is a great supplement. The taste is good and you can add fruit (lots of recipes) to it to change the tastes. There are 3 flavors (my favorite is chocolate) so which you like will be up to your taste buds. It has a bottom of the bag guarantee that if you don’t like it for whatever reason you get a full…

Some of my best workouts have come when I least felt like getting off the couch... motivating yourself to actually do it is the most difficult part... once you start it's over before you know it and you feel like a million bucks.

I love gyros... so long as they are authentic. Btw… that is healthy food, Greeks are one of those nationalities that live long healthy lives based on diet...

Does the fitbit measure steps? You may find that if you wore a pedometer you may well walk more than 10,000 steps in a day and if you manage to couple that with a workout you will be burning way more calories than you can possibly ingest in a day while being on the move. I mean if you think on it natural food is well…

Well I see a lot of people stating that 10 is too young for a phone but I believe it is a situation by situation thing. My kids have had phones since my son was 11 and my daughter was 8 (9 years ago) there were no iPhones or Droids then but they were carrying phones. Every parent has a situation or style of parenting that…

Cooked... it isn't always like I am cooking just my food directly before eating it... I have a lot of left overs since my kids do not eat left overs... lol

I have heard you're skinny enough... where upon I reply I'm not skinny, I'm fit and I intend on staying this way... I have also experienced the individual wanting to know what I am doing to get here and when I tell them diet and exercise no junk food and staying out of fast food restaurants they are no longer interested in…

Politely decline and say you want to spend the day with your family since you are leaving Monday to go back home and do not know when you will be able to come back again.

Measure and weigh almost all of it... Unless I am out at a resturant... then I guess it but I have gotten pretty good at the guess since weighing things for a year plus.

Did you ever see the movie "Reign Over Me" it somewhat drives the point home about this subject. When I was married yes... with my kids 99% of the time.

Many times, AR to LA, AL to MI, AL to LA, AL to WY, FL to NH... AL to Melbourne FL (many times), AL to NC (Many times) btw most of these were on my motorcycle. I love being on the road... I have always been a travel type person... German to Italy, German to Switzerland... rode through France as well... gotta love it. And…

I have been a lot of places in my life and where to go would depend on the type of vacation... If I were taking the motorcycle I would have to go to Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Italy or Austria... for a non-motorcycle vacation I would have to say Greece.

Ummm what was the point... I missed it. Too busy thinking about you walking up the stairs in front of me... ;)

I only have my fitness pal on my phone... I tried some others but was completely blah on them.... of course I usually workout in my spare room so I don't have to carry music or track my progress on the phone… I am generally using my laptop to run a fitness video and when I am done I just log my workout directly into mfp.…

If you are set up to lose a pound or half a pound a week that is about doable unless you are grossly overweight in which case the initial weight will fall off faster than you can calculate it. It took me almost 8 months to lose 35 pounds and I was doing 1600 calories a day and P90X the entire time. That figures up to a…

Interesting... I am of (I think) German / Scottish heritage and I am not much of a runner... I can walk for days.... I have managed to build some muscle in my legs and arms but I have not gained that “no neck syndrome”, I also have a pretty good 6 pack for an over 50 guy… lol

It is always difficult to see the improvements without photographs. I lost from a 38" waist to a 31" waist but seeing the difference in the mirror took a long time, but when I compared photos I could see it when I had simply lost 2". You have had phenomenal results, you've got this! Keep to the path and the journey will be…
