I looked at your photos and would like to make a recommendation for you. Put together a few pictures showing your starting image versus where you are currently... if you can actually see the difference on paper it will make a big difference in your motivation.

Have you looked on ebay or craigslist? If that is not an option take a look at the book by Tony Horton "Bring It!" it has all the movements in it and you can put a exercise program together from what is in the book.

Resistance training and zig zag your calories (up on day and down a few days then back up) so your body can’t get a fix on what you are going to eat from day to day. Beyond that... you are doing an amazing job...

So what are your net calories for the week... it may be that within a weeks time it all evens out if you are sedentary on the days that you work.

How about starting at the age of 52 and not having done any form or exercise for 12 years prior to that... I have since completed 2 full rounds of P90X and am currently in my last week of P90X2. I can now do pull ups like there is no tomorrow and push ups are no problem.

The idea is consumption of water, not the retention of water... therefore you can still count it as fluid consumption... even if you divest yourself of it. Seeing how as you are suppose to divest yourself of liquid anyways... at some point.

I count any liquid as water consumption. If you do the research it is liquid not exactly water that you need to ingest.

It is all about the fit and the look... the numbers on the scale may mean something to someone that is dieting without working out... but fit is way better... it is all about how you look, not what you weigh... the scale is just a number, but a smaller size or two gets you noticed...

Hip hop Abs might be something you find interesting or Brazil Butt Lift... Zumba... all of those can be accomplished at home cutting out your commute to and from the gym.

I haven’t tried Insanity but I have done two rounds of P90X and am currently doing P90X2 and find the programs to be very good. I read where someone said they are a little boring which if you stick totally to the video would be the case after a period of time. I personally add reps or make the movement a bit more…
