How do we post that we did sit-ups. Not that I've done them yet, but I noticed they're not in Cardio, so they don't pop up on your profile. Do we just post it in strength training and tell you that we've done them?

You know what? It's not horrible. There are 300 calories and 12 g of fat. As long as you have those to spare, it could be much worse.

This is very inspirational to those of us who are just starting out. Way to go with your journey so far! I find myself in the same boat. I think 5lbs a month is a great goal. And it's something I've been setting for myself as well. It's good because at the end of the month, there is still a difference, but it's not something unrealistic that will discourage you. Way to go!

I'm 22 as well. Trying to lose 60 lbs. It would be great to have a support system. I've been doing this for a week and have lost 5lbs (yay!)... but I'm in it for the long haul. Feel free to add me!
