Heaviest I've ever been - Need moral support
I used MFP a few years ago and lost 50 lbs--and I was feeling great. A couple of major things happened in my life and I've gained it all back...plus more. I'm looking for some people to help keep me motivated and on track--could that be you? I will be your number 1 cheerleader, too! Help! Cassandre

Why hello ladies! It's been a really tough month but we're only five days away from seeing how much is left of September (and let me say, we kicked September's butt despite our ups and downs). BOOTY PILLAGERS - Week 1 (Closed Group)
Hello ladies! I've chosen Teri's name for now (sorry, I spelled your name wrong in the email...), and I like it! I would like my booty to be pillaged by the end of the month! ;) I kind of explained how this is going to work in the group message I sent, but if you have any questions, just let me know! This is also a bit of…

Hello my fellow RAWROTONGAns, I hope you all had marvelous weekends (and Mondays). I have our exercises for the first week, as well as a couple of rules from Gary that have changed: we are now using our weight % lost instead of our actually # of lbs lost, which makes sense. Too much protein?
It seems that everyday I'm quite a bit over on my protein. And by over I mean like 10-40g over every day. Is that a huge issue? I seem to still be losing weight, but I'm not sure how protein fits into this whole situation...
