At first I was set at 1200 to lose .9/week but now I'm set at 1360 to lose .5/week! I figure I'll lose a little bit slower, but I'll be happier with doing it this way.

usually I keep a bag of some type of candy at work with me. Right now it's ghirardelli dark & sea salt caramel squares. one is 70 calories and it's enough to get rid of my craving :)

Good morning! I weighed in today at 135! :) I'm going to work on adding to my workout. I want to start the C25K program, but right now its so hot out I haven't been able to. Sodium - I think I usually do ok with it and lately I've been trying to drink more water to help, but I'll keep a closer eye on it this week.…

I like turkey burgers. They have a good amount of protein in them :)

I'm 5'0 and have mine set to 1370 for now. I don't hit that very often, but I try to make sure I'm at least hitting 1200 each day. Usually if I'm between 1200-1370 I continue losing.
