I think you should ask your Doctor what he/she recommends. Given the choice, I would totally do it. They can hinder how active you are and how much you exercise. Get them big babies reduced and lose the fat elsewhere on your body! =)

Are you weighing EVERYTHING that you put into your mouth? Many people underestimate what they eat. Even the serving size on packages are incorrect if you weigh them out. It's also possible that you are overestimating how much you burn during exercise.

If your goal is to give up sugar/sweets, then don't do it. The more you go without those treats, the less you will crave them. For me, I love sweets and don't want to give them up. It's highly recommended that you get fitted for shoes at a running shoe store! Just because they rate well, doesn't mean they will feel good on your own feet and that they are the right shoe for you!
