I also cook pork tenderloins and chicken a lot to shred. My favorite lately is putting in the meat, sprinkle a 1/2 or full packet of low sodium taco seasoning and then pour in a large can of Las Palmas green enchilada sauce. Once it's cooked and shredded you have this yummy, saucy meat to make tacos, burritos, enchiladas…

Do whatever works best for you. Yes, it's great to get a variety of foods to get a mix of nutrients. However, if consistency makes it easier to stick to your goals, do that! Many fitness professionals eat the same old chicken breast and steamed broccoli for multiple meals in a day just to make it easier to plan and food…

Fantastic work! I wouldn't call that a "small" success at all! Well done!! :drinker:

Oh, I get it! This is a joke thread!

Wow!! :noway: Fantastic work!! I don't think you should worry about that number on the scale anymore. You've lost the fat! If you want to change how your body looks, it's time to really amp up the strength training (lifting heavy) and reduce the cardio a bit. Focus on building muscle now; that's what makes a body look good…

I've found that using dark berries really help mask the flavor of the greens. I use frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. And banana does add a lot of sweetness. But, I have a super sweet tooth, so I usually add Truvia or Stevia too.

You can make your own cereal! Easy to make your own CLEAN granola. Plenty of recipes out there. Here's one: http://blog.questproteinbar.com/clean-and-easy-granola/ If you dont like cinnamon, then use vanilla or whatever you like. Then add things like nuts, fruit, unsweetened coconut, dried goji berries, ground flaxseed or…

Chocolate makes everything better, doesn't it?
-
Nope! Not needed! There will be a lot of juice in there when it's done cooking!

Awesome! Glad you liked it!

Wow! Great work! :flowerforyou:

I keep meaning to do this and always forget! :grumble:

A broiler is in the oven.. when you turn the broiler on, the heat comes from the top and sears/browns whatever you put in there. This just makes the skin crisp. But, it's still good if you don't do it.

Dinner and lunch! I could eat this every day!

Right, adding flour or oats would help the texture but then they wouldn't be "flourless". =)~ The pumpkin pie mix does add sugar and calories as opposed to the pure pumpkin. You could also use almond meal or coconut flour; this would add calories and healthy fats. But, it would probably improve the texture.

Trying eating larger meals in the morning and pack in more carbs there. Make sure you are taking in enough protein ALL day long. And there's always the possibility that you are over-training and losing some muscle and not just fat. Drink lots of water and make sure you are eating healthy fats!

The 2nd ingredient is my whey protein powder. You can use any brand that you like! My coconut oil is Nutiva.

There always is! As long as everyone doesn't start posting pics of their sausage, we are ok!

This seasoning combo is fantastic!

^ THIS! There will be plenty of juice when it's done!

Post & let me know how much you love it after you make it! And yes, you WILL love it!

The chicken sits on the veggies, so no foil needed! And we've never turned the chicken breast side down and it's always super juicy! Melts in your mouth! I'm salivating just thinking about it!

I made my first batch yesterday with lean ground pork. It came out awesome!! I did use probably 2 1/2 maybe even 3 tbl of the seasoning for 1lb. It was a bit strong but still really good. I would use less next time. But, when I make it with the extra lean ground turkey, I may still add as much because the turkey is so…

I love sweet too! Good call with the syrup! My last batch I added a few dark chocolate chips. I crumbled 2 of the muffins in my non fat Greek yogurt this morning with some fresh raspberries. (pumpkin and raspberries? weird, but it worked!)

I like the Wasabi idea!
-
Somebody ALWAYS goes there!
-
I plan on making mine with extra lean ground turkey!

You wont be able to put on mass (build them up), but you will make your muscles stronger and firm! So, when you lose the fat, you will look tight!
-
Thanks! I'm skeptical of that measurement though. Other recipes I looked at seem to use about 1 - 2 tbl of spices per lb of meat. But, that may be because this one uses a lot more variety than the others. We will just need to play with it! :drinker:
