    I tried it. :bigsmile:

    Didn't have all the ingredients - so improvised and it turned out good! Chicken was awesomely tender and juicy! Next time I'll have all the ingredients and try this recipe. Or I even liked the idea one gentleman on here said he did with his - put a bottle of buffalo chicken sauce on it! Now I could handle that one! ~S~ Have lots of chicken left for quck meal preparations.

    A broiler is in the oven.. when you turn the broiler on, the heat comes from the top and sears/browns whatever you put in there. This just makes the skin crisp. But, it's still good if you don't do it.

    ok, thanks...im in the UK and we dont have a broiler as such, would it be the same as our grill ??? lol....may have to google broilers lol....

    Nope! Not needed! There will be a lot of juice in there when it's done cooking!

    Your grill is the same as our broiler, except our broiler is actually inside the oven, and I believe your grill is a seperate section above the oven. Hope that helps :)
