I started with small increments of working out. I set aside 30 minutes specifically for the rec, and as I felt like I could give it more time (or less, depending on how many tests I have) I would alter it. It helps to track things too. Routine is KEY in college!

I hate the BMI charts! I get different numbers from the doctor, the web, and wii fit (okay maybe that isn't the most accurate) I'm 5'5 and I feel like anywhere in the 130-140 range would be a good healthy place!

I normally get oven roasted chicken with cheese and some veggies. Be careful on what dressing (if you have one) you choose! I was adding almost 100 calories to my sandwich and didn't realize it! damn southwest chipotle!

I know it's hard when everyone is getting their drunk food, but that's the biggest killer. Once I stopped doing that, I was still able to have a few drinks with friends. Don't limit your eating because you want to drink though!! That's just going to make you sick, and in my case insanely bloated.
