Oh I'm a sucker for Dunkin Donuts too! I think mine is tcby White chocolate mousse. It's actually not that terrible for you, but it's still 200+ calories I could be saving for other foods!

This next week isn't going to be my greatest, I'm working a few extra shifts at work. I will wear my pedometer! I'm on my feet 90% of the time I'm working so at least that will count for something.

I did 60 minutes of Cardio and drank all my water! :) only 35 points today but I'm still making progress. I'm really proud of all of us!

Hey ladies! here's the update! "So, starting today (we will not backtrack on yesterday's points), for every 20 minutes of cardio (not including the time you spend to do the daily exercise challenge), you will earn a mile (10 points). So, say you do Zumba for 45 minutes - we'll count that as 2 miles or 20 points."

Also, just in case you didn't see my update - If you could send me your points at the end of the day in a message that would be great. Idealistically I would like to send them to Jen each night around 10 pm (central time).. Let me know your thoughts on that time. I can always change it!

The only way that I can think of converting that to miles is wearing a pedometer... I'm not sure if that will even work though.
