I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 110lbs with my measurements at 34-26-32. My ultimate goal weight is 101lbs but if I don't make it there and just tone up a bit I will still be happy.

For 30 DS I started out using 3lb weights and I'm now using 5lb weights but soon will move on to 8lbs. Keep in mind I've been doing the 30 DS workout for probably 2 months now but I don't do it everyday. I alternate between it, 6 week 6 pack, Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, elliptical, and running.

Hi! I'm 5'3" 112lbs at the moment. I'm currently trying to lose those last 10lbs. I've been in the 140-170lb range before though. I know what it is like. Feel free to add me.

My current weight is 116lbs and my goal weight is 100lbs. But since I've been working out and seen a dramatic difference in muscle tone and inches lost without any significant changes on the scale, I have decided that it is okay not to reach that goal. The important thing is to me is to just look and feel better overall.
