Melville99 I've only seen it listed as spaghetti squash so not sure if there is another name.

Sounds like a recipe that I would like. Will have to check the pantry for the ingredients.

I've never tasted quinoa so I don't know anything about it. Where in a grocery store would I find it and how is it usually cooked? Is it a low calorie item or has a lot of protein. Thanks for any replies, Marlene
