  • How about I got online to post about the chicken salad?? Had one for dinner tonight and LOVED it! I loved it so much I couldn't believe it was only 340 and 8fg! Which I found out on this site...the subway I went to had no idea...Anyway, try it! I didn't need cheese, extra mayo or anything. It was tasty and filling too!!!!!

  • Thanks for all the responses. It really helped me. I know from experience you can't cut things out totally but then part of me is ready for the weight to come off QUICKLY! I know thought the right thing is portion control with a focus on increasing the healthier foods. Thanks MFP!!

  • I know how you feel1 it is SO very hard. But each day is a new day. In 1999 I lost 80 pounds to be back where I started this year in 2010. Talk about want to cry-but I know that only I can make the change so I am trying to start here. Dont beat yourself just start over-that's all you can do! Good luck!
