YES! YES! YES! There is not 1 brand or 1 shoe for everyone! This makes the world of a difference and they will go through what you need and why!

My goal today is to knock out some of the things on my to-do-list - a lot of cleaning, laundry, errands, etc. Its tough because AF reared her ugly head today but I'm still pushing on.

Unless you ate 280,000 calories MORE than you burned then no you didn't gain 8 pounds ;) Water weight, bloating, just extra food in your system...will do that.

The Gate River Run is fun - I like the fact that I can get donuts from people along the way! I'm also doing the color me red one in Jacksonville - they throw water balloons with coloring at you. The Donna Breast Cancer is by far my favorite though - lots of people will dress up in pink wings and crazy outfits for that one…

It's hard to say without looking at your food. You could be eating to little, sodium could be high, etc. Also, measure yourself. I have a friend who lost 5% fat without losing a pound because she put on muscle. Also, weight isn't put on overnight and it doesn't come off overnight.

I just to let my ED (bulimia) control me. It took a lot but very rarely will I notice symptoms again and I'm able to take control a lot faster! I just wanted to say you're not alone and there is hope. I do have to ask...if you are struggling with eating then why are you wanting to lose 2 pounds?

I'm having a cheat day! It's not about eating everything in the house, it's about taking a break. I'm not going to live every day for the rest of my life counting everything I eat. I also figure if I'm good 80% of the time then I'm in line with MOST trainers. (Even Shaun T the creator Insanity says to eat good 85-90% of…

I also make my plate and then put all the food away before I eat. Then it's out of sight, out of mind (well, I'm working on that)...but it's harder to get more.

^^^This^^^ In the last three years I've been 162, 143, and back up to 152. I HONESTLY saw VERY little difference in myself between 162 and 143. I can't rely on clothes because it takes almost 20 pounds for me to notice a difference. I need the scale to make sure I'm on track. I know that's only 1 method and not to freak…

I had to use imodium before runs when I first started. Your body gets everything down though and after about 2-3 weeks I was fine. I can do half marathons now without bathroom issues.

Stayed on track the last couple of days (well mostly)...tonight did really well and even faced my fear of actually barrel racing! I've always loved riding horses and love the trails. I've done the practice barrels a few times but have always chickened out at actually racing (the rest of my family does every Saturday…

The 30 day shred *I think* is more for beginners (I've done it and it didn't really do much). It's not going to cut and shape you like I think you want. I'm a fan of INSANITY and P90X and have a lot of friends who have had great results. I've done just the warm-ups from INSANITY and they are harder and make me sore than…

I buy a lot of the healthy choice steamers and bags of frozen veggies. I also keep tuna and eggs on hand for quick tuna salad sandwiches (sub greek yogurt for mayo helps with fat!). I also love my protein shakes and fiber one bars for quick on the go snacks.

Write a letter to yourself detailing all the issues you have and why you want to break up. Then when he gets home tell him it's over and ask him to pack his things. Get a girlfriend to take you out and keep reminding yourself all the reasons you want it to be over. That way you're not there when he's packing and you have…

Without knowning what you are eating and what you do for exercise it's hard to give advice. It could be from not enough calories, withdrawls of tons of extra carbs, or just the body trying to figure out what's going on.

There is a reason why every health professional and decent diet website will tell you not to go under 1,200 calories. If you are and you feel great then fine, whatever as long as it works...but if you're complaining about physical issues then don't complain when someone tells you to eat. That is all!

Well when you can't handle the truth...

EAT! There is a reason you earn more calories with exercise!

I'm starting Mon July 2nd too!!!

Just looking through a few days of your diary I'd say EAT MORE! The other day you only had 1,000 calories...your body is trying to hold on to every oz it has because it's scared your starving. I'd lower your goal of weight loss to .5 pounds a week or even put it at maintenance for a couple weeks and see what happens ;)

My goal for today is keep my eating on track. It's so tough at my fiancé's house and I've got a lot of running around today too. Packing some good snacks and a protein shake to keep me on track!

SW - 152!

8.5 - nice abs but I'm a sucker for eyes.

My weigh-ins are on Friday. If I'm up on Friday I'll wait and weight in on Saturday. I don't watch my salt intake and some times I will hold a lot of extra water weight. If the scale is still up Sat then I record it and move on. I do skip one Friday a month because it lands with TOM and I usually gain about 3-4 pounds but…

How long have you been running? The reason I ask is because I had this issue when I first started...now I can run half marathons without issues. I used to just pop and imodium before a run and be good ;)

I'm engaged to a guy I've been with for over a year....we meet on Plenty of Fish :)

Good! I this is one of my favorite quotes and has made a world of difference in my relationship. "Even if 95% of the problems in your marriage are her [or his fault], you can still work on the 5% that's yours. It’s what you have power over. Working on that 5% will do more for your marriage than whining about the 95% over…

Heck, I buy that crap for me...but there is a time and a place and its about portion control.
