  • It depends. I'll eat some back if I'm hungry but because often we underestimate calories we eat, and over estimate how much we burn I don't unless I've done something like ran a half marathon or done two major workouts in a day.

  • My husband only left the toliet seat up once! I fell in during the middle of the night and woke him up with a big glass of water. I figured I had gotten wet so he'd get wet (I used clean water!!). He never did it again lol.
